About Me

Hello, I am Andres, a filmmaker based in Switzerland.

Film became part of my life out of curiosity. I was always drawn to observing how people move, how moments unfold, and how light changes the feeling of a space. What began as experimentation slowly developed into a more focused practice.

I grew up in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with roots in Peru. Moving between cultures shaped the way I see and interpret images. I tend to look for what feels natural and unforced rather than staged or exaggerated.

 

Professionally, my background is in technology. Years of working in structured environments taught me discipline, precision, and attention to detail, qualities that continue to influence the way I approach film.

 

Today, I work on both commissioned and independent projects. Whether it is a product, a performance, or a quiet moment in a city, I am interested in presence and timing rather than spectacle.
